AKRON BASED MINICOMFORT LAB SIGNS EXCLUSIVE FABRICATION AGREEMENT
Akron, Ohio, Sept. 15, 2014 Because of the growing demand for the MiniComfort day and night teeth clench and brux guard, MiniComfort Lab has signed an exclusive fabrication agreement with ROE Dental Laboratory headquartered in Independence, Ohio. ROE has been a premiere dental laboratory for the last 80 years. In 2014 ROE was awarded DAMAS of North America status (Dental Appliance Manufacturers Audit System). The DAMAS status ensures FDA Compliance and Quality Management System not only for the MiniComfort but for all restorations. There are roughly 7,000 dental labs in the U.S., only 40 or .5% have achieved DAMAS status.
The wearer-friendly MiniComfort protects teeth from damage due to clenching and grinding. Being soft, virtually invisible, and not interfering with speech, the MiniComfort is the ideal guard to be worn in public as well as at work.
After 6 years of research with clinical trials, the MiniComfort, invented by Akron, Ohio dentist Dr. John C. Kline DDS was awarded Utility Patent number 8,826,913 by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
